If your system has anti virus software running and you sometimes get the message can't backup, files are in use" then you have the option of using a different backup program.
If you log into system admin and go to Base Data then Configuration Options, click Edit and you can tick "Use New Version?".
When exiting Abraquest, this option allows Abraquest to exit before running a separate backup program.
